I joined Ebury in May 2010 as a Business Developer focused on sales during my first 2 years before moving to a pure Dealing role. After just 3 years at the Company, I was promoted to Head of Dealing for the UK.
Developing a team and helping the business to grow are great things to be a part of. Making sure the dealing team is strong and understanding how to improve it further is a large part of my role and it is something I relish. As Ebury opens news offices across the world, I am involved in training the new Dealers which is extremely rewarding.
If you apply yourself there are lots of opportunities at Ebury, you just have to have a single minded focus and commit to hitting your targets. The team is here to support you, but you need to have drive and motivation in order to succeed
