Working at Ebury for 8 months

How long have you been working at Ebury? What is your previous experience?

I’ve been working at Ebury for 6 months, and although I’ve worked at other companies I’ve never experienced a positive working environment like Ebury.

What does it mean for you working at Ebury?

It means working with the latest technologies, in a great working environment.

What motivates you?

Participating in each stage in the software development life cycle, from the analysis to the product delivery in production. Some companies only involve employees like me at the end of the process but with Ebury this is never the case.

What’s a typical working day for you?

To start with I have a meeting with the team to talk about possible problems from the previous day and establish our priorities for the day. I get going with the actions taken from the meeting, and break for lunch around 2pm. Usually I take the opportunity to get outside and enjoy the Malaga sunshine. Then I return to my work and finish around 5pm when I often go out with my teammates.

How has your job changed since you started working here?

I’m constantly learning and improving my skills. Every day is a new challenge and it’s a really refreshing way of working.

Do you have any advice for people thinking of applying to work for the company?

I think it’s the best company I’ve been a part of, and for those who work in IT it’s a great role. Ebury is a company that is continually expanding and growing, and you are given the same opportunities. Not only that, you’re working with people who genuinely enjoy what they do, and motivate you to be the best.
