ROLE DESCRIPTION

- Perform detailed data analysis and develop reports, recommending corrective action and keep Leadership informed as to sales performance
- Lead, drive and understand revenue forecasts across all offices
- Analyse and understand funnel performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Analyse business needs, gather functional requirements and work with vendors and internal partners to design and improve processes related to the sales acceleration effort across existing offices, as well as potential new market opportunities
- Partner with senior managers across the front office team to recommend and plan for improvements and enhancements to support and streamline sales processes.
- Implement, test, and maintain the functionalities of the company's sales framework

Experience and skills:

  • 5+ years of Analyst / Business Management experience is essential
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Banking or financial services experience (fintech / tech are a plus)
  • Excellent capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Project Management experience ( Certifications would be a plus, eg. 6 sigma, PMP, Agile, etc)
  • Ability to to engage with all stakeholders and levels, including senior management
  • Experience working and extracting data from CRM systems (Salesforce)

  • Other Skills:

  • Used to working under pressure with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to influence people and steer the agenda
  • Experience in consulting or auditing would be an advantage
  • Highly analytical with understanding of financial markets and products
  • Entrepreneurial and creative in finding solutions
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to convey and present complex information to a broad audience
