The Role

Supporting the Client Onboarding team in translating the business documentation required to conduct Customer Due Diligence to the new and existing clients.

No literal translation is required, but identification of the key sections in the original documents and summarising them into English. 

You will work together with other colleagues to split everyday translation workload in an efficient manner.   

Requirements:

  • Degree in Translation or Language Studies (we are also open to foreign languages speakers, fluent in business terminology). 
  • Experience in legal, economic and financial translation.
  • G-Suit proficiency.   
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.  
  • Additional languages would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the most common business documentation typology.
  • Extracting the relevant sections for Customer Due Diligence from the original documents and translating into English.
  • Replying doubts about the purpose or characteristics of the original document.
  • Prioritising translation workload according to priorities set.
  • Supporting other colleagues with doubts and splitting effectively the workload.
