As Product Owner you will be the ultimate owner and responsible for the backlog of the Salesforce tech team.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the Product Owner for the SF development team teams working with agile methodology
  • Liaise with the sales, clients and partners team to understand opportunities
  • Prioritise the product backlog and align it with the company direction
  • Define the epics and stories
  • Own the delivery of new functionality end-to-end
  • Utilise analytics to drive insights around adoption, conversion and usage
  • Track business outcomes
  • Support in the production of material and training for sales
  • Work closely with other Product Owners and with all functions in the company and senior stakeholders to make the commercial opportunities a success

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Product Management and/or Business Analyst experience
  • Strong understanding of software development and Agile
  • Experience in commercially packaged software development
  • Proven ability to liaise with customers across seniority levels
  • Self-starter able to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized and strong project management skills

BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience working in B2B CRM projects, credit risk management and/or lending products
