Ebury São Paulo is launching and we are looking for a talented person to provide commercial, operational and administrative support to the team.

This is a unique role which will give you broad exposure to all parts of our operation as you play a key role in setting up the new office.  

The Job 

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the São Paulo office. You will ensure that back-office systems and processes are best in class whilst providing practical support to the front-office team. 

Your responsibilities will include (and will not be limited to): 

Support front office and promote business performance improvement, by reviewing transaction documents, maintaining and improving forms/processes/controls.
Supporting hiring managers with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
General HR liaison
General administrative support including budgetary management, inventory control, purchasing and accounts payable
Facilities management of the new office
Providing marketing support in conjunction with the central Marketing function.
Preparing for Board meetings including preparation of presentations
Events planning and facilitation

Skills & Experience

  • Degree educated (Finance, Economics or Business Studies preferred)
  • At least 1 year’s experience in a commercial/administrative role
  • Full working proficiency in English
  • Working proficiency in Spanish (desirable)
  • Commercial acumen and drive for results
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Attention to detail
  • Impeccable communication skills, verbally and in writing
  • A practical understanding of social media marketing
  • Able to apply critical thinking and initiative to solve problems
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow with us
