The Role
Working as part of the Mass Payments team from our office in High Wycombe, the Head of FCC Correspondent Banking is responsible for our correspondent banking compliance framework.
Key responsibilities & Duties:
Ownership of internal 4th Party (correspondent banking) compliance framework. Including elements of design, refresh and audit.
Reporting directly to the Mass Payments MLRO on this specific vertical.
Providing monthly MI on the framework to the MLRO and the board, governance and monitoring of the 4th party compliance model.
Initial and ongoing monitoring of clients and their AML programme, including onsite visits and audits. (must have the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels with this client interaction).
Managing internal AML audits of this correspondent banking compliance framework.
Leading involvement with internal banking counterparties and annual due diligence processes. Running onboarding and EDD process with potential new banking counterparts.
