We’re on the hunt for our first ever content marketing lead. It’s an exciting time to join Ebury as the business continues to grow and scale. You’ll work with a global and diverse team, and have the opportunity to collaborate across multiple departments.
What you’ll focus on
Strategy: build out a content strategy that aligns to the marketing and business strategy.
Growth: pay equal attention to all parts of the funnel; top, middle and bottom to help Ebury’s mission to attract our target customers from SMEs to Ecommerce, through content marketing.
Asset suite: create and grow a suite of content for business customer acquisition and our overall demand generation efforts Content audit & Topic development: identify content topics, source other experts, and write content to meet content targets.
SEO: Work with the Marketing Operations and Web Developer to complete the full content funnel for small and large businesses.
Product: align with commercial and delivery based Product teams to ensure collateral and assets are developed Channel and vehicle creation; blogs to landing pages, email copy, white papers, thought leadership and social media posts.
Collaboration & Research: work with Product, Front Office and Brand to get to know our customers and segments to understand their pain points and opportunities to help tailor and create optimum content.
Sales enablement: work with our existing business customers to build case studies and testimonials.
Ownership: you’ll own our content strategy Collaboration: multiple departments and regions giving you true global exposure.

Experience
- Proven B2B editorial background having created high quality, authoritative content.
- Experienced in flexing content and messaging for different customer types.
- Experience creating content at different stages of the funnel.
- Have created a broad range of assets including blog posts, white papers, thought leadership, podcasts, webinars and video scripts
- Able to take ownership, self-sufficient, you can validate your own ideas and create and deliver a plan
- Strong at relationship development
- You already have (or can build) a network of external expertise to draw upon for comment, quotes and collaboration where needed
- Have (or are willing to develop) expertise in our niche – we’re a FinTech in a rapidly developing market so expertise is essential.
- Beneficial Native/Fluent English speaker - additional European languages are highly advantageous
