Ebury is launching FX Options in a number of geographies. You will be responsible to manage the programme to implement FX Options in a robust and scalable way.
Principal areas of responsibility:
- Work with Commercial teams to understand client needs and expectations for FX Options and other hedging products.
- Define business requirements and business processes.
- Work with Technology to design technical solutions.
- Own the implementation of FX Options and new solutions end-to-end, collaborating and coordinating across functions (i.e, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk).
- Prioritise the FX Options roadmap, defining pilots, phased rollouts, etc.
- Launch proof of concepts to learn and validate your solutions.
- Find opportunities to digitise or change processes to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and/or customer experience.
Required experience:
- 5+ years of product or project management for tech development projects;
- Experience in the financial sector, FX derivatives and payments preferred;
- Experience leading large programmes;
- Understanding of MIFID regulation;
- Experience engaging with clients;
- Strong understanding of software development and Agile;
- Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders across seniority levels;
- Self-starter able to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Highly organised and strong project management skills.
