Ebury is launching FX Options in a number of geographies. You will be responsible to manage the programme to implement FX Options in a robust and scalable way.

Principal areas of responsibility:

• Work with Commercial teams to understand client needs and expectations for FX Options and other hedging products.
• Define business requirements and business processes.
• Work with Technology to design technical solutions.
• Own the implementation of FX Options and new solutions end-to-end, collaborating and coordinating across functions (i.e, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk).
• Prioritise the FX Options roadmap, defining pilots, phased rollouts, etc.
• Launch proof of concepts to learn and validate your solutions.
• Find opportunities to digitise or change processes to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and/or customer experience.

Required experience:

• 5+ years of product or project management for tech development projects;
• Experience in the financial sector, FX derivatives and payments preferred;
• Experience leading large programmes;
• Understanding of MIFID regulation;
• Experience engaging with clients;
• Strong understanding of software development and Agile;
• Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders across seniority levels;
• Self-starter able to work effectively in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Highly organised and strong project management skills.
