About the Role
This is a 10 - 12 month parental leave contract and we are looking for the successful
candidate to begin at the end of June 2022 / beginning of July 2022.
Please note: this position is suitable for someone who is currently in a HR Generalist / Advisor role looking for an opportunity to step up.
● Be the main POC and trusted HR advisor for APAC for a range of matters throughout
the employee lifecycle including onboarding, payroll, engagement and culture,
performance management, compensation and benefits, retention and offboarding.
● Partner with APAC leaders and the global HR Team to build, develop and retain a
high-performing workforce that provides a consistent source of competitive
advantage to the organisation.
● Manage specific projects for both the APAC region and be involved in global projects.
● Manage all ER matters for APAC.
● Collaborate with the global HR BP team and the HR Centres of Expertise
(Recruitment, Payroll, HR SS) to ensure smooth People Operations.
● Manage and work closely with the Administration Manager.
About You
● The ideal candidate will have a degree or certification in HR or related field.
● Proven hands-on experience as an HR Generalist with a track record of building trust and credibility with key stakeholders and employees across the organisation.
● Sound knowledge of employment regulations in Australia. Knowledge/experience
with other APAC jurisdictions would be advantageous but not essential.
● Experience working within the finance/tech industry would be advantageous but not essential.
