HR Shared Services Analyst
Romania (Remote)
Reporting to the Global Head of Shared Services, the purpose of the role is to manage assigned HR related processes from end to end and ensure adherence to established SLA for different HR processes.
The Job
- Complete end to end ownership as well as understanding of the processes assigned. Should have operational knowledge about the global HR processes and understand their criticality.
- Dedicated to truly understanding the needs of employees and exceeding their expectations.
- Build collaborative relationships between departments to meet business objectives. Determine root cause and identify improvements on HR processes and systems that improve the HR service across the organisation.
- Collaboration with other teams across the business in various process improvement projects
- Ensures service accuracy through compliance and audit.
- Should be a problem solver with the ability to encourage others in collaborative problem solving.
- Actively listen to others to understand their perspective and ensure continuous understanding regardless of communication channel or audience.
About You
- As an ongoing activity able to identify gaps, repeatable tasks and suggest improvement/automations in the processes assigned.
- Able to maintain a high level of understanding and communication with different stakeholders to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify training for self-development
- Adapt to organisational changes
- Ability to communicate effectively and effectively use interpersonal and organisational skills
- Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in working with HR Systems and global processes
- Foreign languages: German and/or French represents an advantage
