The Role: 

End to end processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls as part of a small team 

Analysis and documentation of each countries control framework and payroll processing guidance 

Ad hoc project support 

Candidate profile: 

  • In depth operational and legislative knowledge of multiple country payrolls 
  • Experience of working with a global payroll provider/system 
  • Experience in working with manual processes undergoing automation transformation 
  • Process documentation and control framework building/writing
  • The business operates at an incredible pace (on occasions, too quick) so we need individuals with drive, hunger, and ambition but at the same time, they have the confidence, experience, and capability to know when to diplomatically challenge as well as think ahead a few steps. 
  • Our HR infrastructure is basic (however this is changing quickly) and we’re creating an entrepreneurial culture across the HR team, so a roll your sleeves-up and pragmatic mindset is essential. 
  • Someone who enjoys being in their comfort zone will struggle.
