You will be part of a recruitment team working cross-functionally to source candidates for a diverse range of vacancies in our Southern European locations (Spain, Portugal, Greece and Italy).
Source and recruit candidates through Linkedin and other social networks
Screen candidates’ CVs and job applications
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods
Guide candidates through the hiring process ensuring a positive candidate experience, irrespective of outcome.
Maintain candidates’ interest and engagement with Ebury, managing their expectations and negotiating at offer stage.
Understand the team’s needs and requirements in order to find the best candidate for each open role
Diary management and interview bookings
Ensure accurate information is captured in our recruitment system.
2-3 years as an agency recruiter
Experience of volume recruitment is beneficial
Experience of recruitment in Financial Services or Sales is beneficial.
Fluent English (both spoken and written)
Highly organised and autonomous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A flexible mindset and the ability to cope with our fast-paced culture
