As we continue to grow we are extending our AML/TM and Screening capabilities to better protect our business and support our Financial Crime and Operations teams. 

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Product team to help define, drive and manage the technical delivery of these changes.

Responsibilities:

Act as a Product Owner for our technology team supporting our Screening and Transaction Monitoring systems
Define requirements, write user stories and manage the backlog for Screening and Transaction Monitoring.
Identify data quality issues in current systems and define methods to remediate.
Work closely with Operations and Compliance to understand needs, frictions and opportunities to increase efficiency.
Support the broader Product Compliance & FC OPs team on other Financial Crime related initiatives.

Required experience and skills:

5+ years experience as a product manager or product owner in Financial Crime or Surveillance.
Understanding of TM, customer screening and/or payment screening.
Experience with TM or Screening technologies such as Napier, ComplyAdvantage, LexisNexis, HawkAI, Thetaray, FeatureSpace
Effective communicator and good interpersonal skills.
Experience in running detailed and effective user acceptance testing.
Understanding of Agile software development.
Hands-on, detail and delivery oriented.
Pro-active and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
A team player – focus on the best outcome, not ego.
