I joined Ebury in May 2010 as a Business Developer and in a 360 role dealing for clients. Over my first two years, I moved to a more sales focus role and for 6-9 months was in a transition period between those two. After just under 3 years at the Company, I was promoted to Head of Dealing. This now involves a much more managerial and strategic focus as I oversee all dealing activities for the UK but also across our European offices.
Developing a team and helping the business to grow are great things to be a part of. Making sure the dealing team is strong and understanding how to improve it further is a large part of my role and it is something I relish. Ebury is opening offices across the world and I will be involved in training these new Dealers when we build those teams, which is an exciting prospect.
If you apply yourself there are lots of opportunities at Ebury, you just have to have a single minded focus and commit to hitting your targets. The team is here to support you but you need to have drive and motivation in order to succeed.
