Role and responsibilities:

  • Define the company’s product marketing and comms strategy
  • Coach and manage a small but growing central marketing team
  • Send email communications effectively, coordinating across internal teams and functions
  • Define and launch email campaigns to promote product adoption to clients and prospects Optimise the use of tools, data, and the processes for marketing automation
  • Create compelling content for different channels (web, email, blog)Coordinate global initiatives with in-country marketing executives
  • Support to sale teams with ad-hoc collateral for pitches and events
  • Understand deeply the needs of Ebury clients and prospects, our products and competition

Required Experience

  • 3+ years in a marketing role, preferably in Fintech
  • Strong experience with marketing automation tools (ideally HubSpot), Wordpress and Google Analytics
  • Has developed  and launched customer value propositions to market
  • Experience coordinating and managing projects across teams, working with senior stakeholders
  • Highly articulate with excellent written communication skills, experience producing content and customer comms preferred
  • Managed 2+ people teams and enjoys coaching and growing junior team members
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial individual that enjoys autonomy and a fast-paced environment
