Are you ready to disrupt financial services?

We are looking at growing our indirect business through expanding our partnerships senior sales team. The Ebury Solutions team manages our partners network, which constitute the core of our indirect sales channels, through different partnership models, including introductory broker agreements and program management agreements using our white-label solution or accessing our capabilities through API connection.


ROLE

The Key Account Director will have responsibility for promoting the growth of the Ebury Solutions Team through independent research and campaigns, targeting Finance Partners in UK and Europe.


RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Key Account Director in the Solutions Team you will:
- Identify, prioritise, and recruit new financial partners for our rapidly expanding solutions business. Main geographical focus will be the UK & Europe.
- On-board new Finance Partners across (but not limited to) Money Service Businesses (MSBs), Financial Institutions, Professional Services.
- Report on progress against plan, ensuring that agreed targets are met.
- Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.
- Support the Ebury strong client relationship/servicing culture through on-going customer contact, quality customer service and superior product knowledge.

EXPERIENCE

  • 4-10 years sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial solution organisation, of which with ideally at least 2-6 years’ experience working with FX companies to originate strategic partnerships with affiliates and introducers
  • This person will have worked with complex finance companies in the past, and will therefore understand how to operate a complex solution sale
  • You will have a thorough understanding of the SME finance world and network. Equally a background in the Corporate Service Provider / FX Brokers industry would be an advantage.
  • Ideally with business/finance academic background.

  • Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
  • Detail oriented, organised, self-starter, with an understanding of the psychology of sales and the sales process.
