The role will involve supporting the solutions team in all aspects of growing the business and managing client relationships.  The solutions team is split in two, one part being the Sales Generation team, the other the day-to-day dealing of our clients. You will be working with both teams to help with the administrative duties that arise from these roles. 

The solutions team is a department of Ebury that works on non-direct client relationships. We work with our partners to service their clients in the most efficient way. The role is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a small but exciting team, and gain a greater understanding of the FX market. You will be involved in all stages of the client life-cycle and gain an excellent overview of our department.


The role will be comprised of two key areas of supporting both the Sales and Dealing teams. 

Taking meeting notes
Assisting with diary management for the Head of Sales
Direct client contact - follow up emails
Organising meetings between the sales team and clients
Liaising with compliance and onboarding teams with the acquisition of new clients
Using CRM systems to process new applications 

Working closely with the Dealing team to understand their processes
Acting as Dealing Support
Managing communications between Ebury Solutions and their partners
Inbox management - supporting the team with operational queries, etc.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google systems a plus 


1 year + experience in a customer or client facing role required
An interest in Sales or Financial Services a plus


Minimum GCSE level education required
